Jennifer was excellent. I was a bit wary about brokers, having heard some negative things about friends' experiences, but she was fantastic. She's very proactive, responds quickly and accurately to all queries, does what she says she'll do and does it quickly. After some negotiations with lenders, she gave sound advice that we should delay and save more over the next year before going for a mortgage. She handled our case at each stage very swiftly and efficiently and gave friendly advice about renting in the local areas. And we didn't have to pay a thing as we didn't get the mortgage. As she says, she gets paid when her clients get the house keys. So she will definitely be our first port of call when we eventually do go for a mortgage.
