What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Re-mortgage then sale and new purchase.

Phil was super helpful, both on getting a new deal on my existing mortgage and finding a solution for a very difficult, almost in-mortgageable property.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes Phil was positive and informative all the way. Whenever we hit a problem or things slowed down Phil and his team we always prompt to act and resolve the situation. Kept me going in a very difficult house house move.

What could they have done better?

A few more technical details emailed would've been helpful but Phil always gave me the information when asked.

Very pleased with his professional nature and advise, very upfront with the costs, really impressed with all the advise he offered and happy to use his services for this current requirement and hope to keep him on in the future to sort our pensions etc
