He is rightly well known for his diligent and customer focused approach that is appreciated by clients and introducers alike. Marcus retains his licence to advise but primarily oversees our other licensed advisers to ensure the clients experience is a positive one. He also manages all of our introducer relationships and is ensuring Carbon continues to grow at an impressive, yet manageable, pace. Marcus is a co-founder of Carbon having spent a few years based in London learning his trade beforehand. Prior to that he spent many years in and around the fitness and film industries, both of which remain a passion outside of work.
