To consolidate debts from loans and credit cards onto mortgage, there being more than adequate equity in the property. Was turned down by present lender (Lloyds) as not affordable, and by another local financial advisor who was unable to help.

By explaining other options that were available and making enquiries with various other lenders until he found a premier lender (Leeds Building Society), saving in excess of £1000pm in outgoings and then finding new life insurance cover for the new needs. He was always available to answer questions and delivered what he said he would.

Yes. As already explained, this has result in a considerable monthly saving.

What could they have done better?

Nothing I can think of. He listened to the initial problem. Explained the options available and what was practical and achievable. He delivered what he said was possible.
