Tandi sorted out my mortgage just as mortgage rates were rising yet managed to secure me the best deal. Took away all the stress of the whole process and advised along the way. She was always close at hand if ever I needed her, she really cares about her clients, always getting back to me almost immediately. I could not recommend her more highly, I have used Tandi before and should circumstances require it she is the first person I'll turn to again.

I'm self employed and was really struggling to get on the property ladder with my first mortgage. Tandi did what I thought was the impossible and got me a great mortgage and helped an enormous amount. She then helped with my remortgage a year later and again gave me great advice!

Initially it was for a self build mortgage 5 years ago and Insurance for the property that we built.

My mom wanted to release some equity from her house. I was at mom’s request attending all the appointments and got to see and understand the service Tandi offered.

How has Tandi Fellows helped you?

Tandi is a member of the Equity Release council and an accredited adviser, as well as all that she is very supportive of her clients and very professional in how she presents herself. Tandi spent a lot time explaining how equity release works both the process, what to expect and the timings involved.

This week I searched for a financial advisor and that search took me - pretty much straight away - to Tandi – the first and only person I contacted. I am so, so pleased that it did. We have a particular financial problem - which is the result of covid effects on our business - and Tandi was utterly receptive to our whole situation. She phoned me very quickly after I emailed her [minutes] and we had a lovely phone call. The result – in the end - was that at this time she could not help us – however – this really is not a problem. Firstly - when we can initiate a plan of action - which we think we will need in the future – she will be our ‘go to person’… we won’t go to anyone else – straight to Tandi. Secondly, we completely understand why she could not help at this particular time. She very kindly explained everything to us in detail. What proved to be SO WORTHWHILE TO US NOW – this week - is that she had loads and loads of really valuable advice. This advice will really help us now and allow us to move forward. We have felt like we suddenly had another person on our team who had our best interests at heart… and that is it with Tandi – her heart is in her business. This week clarified things for us – made us feel clear-minded and somewhat relieved any anxiety – what more could you ask for? I know a certain solution would have been ideal – it is for another time – we’re not eligible for it at the moment. If you need advice and you need help financially from an experienced and very understanding/engaged person – please do not waste your time contacting anyone else… get in touch with Tandi – I feel you will not regret it. We were looking for a first-time mortgage with some unusual circumstances.

How has Tandi Fellows helped you?

Tandi managed to get us an excellent mortgage and rate, even though there was an old CCJ that hadn’t yet expired. The property purchase also had some other unusual circumstances, but our minds were put at ease after the first session. We both work long hours, but Tandi would reply to our emails at all hours of the day and would even have video calls with us on Sunday evenings.
