What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Remortgaging.

Penny helped us to find a product that suited our circumstances and our future needs. Penny was very knowledgeable and found ways to help us save money.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, we have a mortgage product that we are happy with and intend to review our life insurance provision with Penny in the next couple of months.

What could they have done better?

With hindsight we should have allowed additional borrowing to cover the fees, but Penny had pointed out the fees to us in advance of the mortgage application.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We wanted funds for a loft extension so contacted Penny for advice on the best way to do this.

Penny listened to what we wanted and took some information from us regarding our mortgage and finances so she could give us the information needed. Penny completely understood what are needs were and explained everything clearly as we went along. Penny made us feel secure in knowing what we wanted was possible and it was clear she had great expertise in the area.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We were completely satisfied with the advice Penny gave us and she guided us as much as she could. Penny was prompt and found us some really useful information quickly. We now know the best way to work with the mortgage we currently have and will definitely be making contact with Penny again once this mortgage needs renewing and we require more funds for a further extension.

What could they have done better?

I don't believe, in the experience I had with Penny, that she could have done anything better or been more helpful! With Penny we felt we were really in good hands!

Difficulty in transfer from one person to another, poor credit rating and struggling to obtain a mortgage.

I have recently had 2 children and wanted to start a life insurance policy.
