What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Refused a remortgage by my existing mortgage lender.
How has Malcolm Shand helped you?
It is always stressful applying for any type of mortgage or remortgage, but Malcolm was so understanding and helpful, he was prompt and kept us updated at all times, lessening our stress. Our remortgage was completed in a month!! And this was over the Christmas period!! Very very impressive!! Furthermore, his fees are only payable on completion unlike some companies that wanted money up front! We would not hesitate to recommend Will Assist to anyone for their mortgage needs!!.

Remortgaging my current house and have also used him previously for my first time mortgage.
How has Malcolm Shand helped you?
This is the second time I've used Malcolm at Will Assist for a mortgage and both times he's been brilliant. He's efficient, honest, transparent, explains everything really clearly and has found me the best deals both times. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks Malcolm!.

Malcolm is a really great advisor and helped us navigate our way through the mortgage process. Malcolm got us the best deal and got it done very quickly. We are very busy professionals with full time jobs involving foreign travel, therefore it was a relief and piece of mind that we could rely on Malcom to complete the process on our behalf.
