We needed a re-mortgage in order to clear some debt and to improve/renovate our family home. Due to the circumstances we were in financially we needed a good advisor to get the best available deal.

Damien worked endlessly on our application for the mortgage. We were hit with stumbling blocks at every stage of the process, however even as we grew a little bit impatient and the anxiety grew over the dreaded NO! from the lender. Damien remained positive and determined to get us what we wanted and he did just that!

Yes, although we had to take a hit on interest rates due to our circumstances we were happy overall with the outcome which will enable us to move forward with plans.

I don't think Damien could of done anything better/different in this scenario as we dealt him a tricky hand.
