I am a qualified solicitor (8+ years PQE) and specialise in Property Law. I act for individual and corporate clients in all aspects of residential transactions including but not limited to sale, purchases, stair-casing, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, right to buy etc with the assistance of mortgages, involving Islamic finance and help to buy loans. I also have strong experience in dealing with commercial transactions including sales/purchases of business premises with goodwill and transactions.
