Yasmin dealt with the sale of my late father’s house. I was recommended the firm called Graham Dawson and luckily Yasmin was assigned to my work.

I was kept up to date at all times as the sale progressed. Always promptly and efficiently, fast communication at all times. Yasmin also continually chased the buyer, making sure the buyers solicitor was kept on their toes.

I cannot think of anything that could have been done better.

As the executor of an estate I needed to sell a house which I didn't live in and was not close to me. After contacting a small number of local solicitors, Yasmin was the first to respond.

She's helped me by doing everything a conveyancing solicitor needs to with curtesy and efficiency. We had one meeting in person and everything else was done by email. There was a chain of three properties and my guess is that she was also helpful to the other professionals.

I was buying and selling a property.

Yasmin has been brilliant. She's extremely professional and identified early on an issue with the deeds of the property that I was buying, which meant that the seller's solicitor could try to rectify this in a timely fashion. She showed attention to detail and went the extra mile to ensure a positive result for me. She dealt with difficult issues and people calmly and professionally. She also showed empathy, understanding and support along the way.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. Despite being in a chain, I successfully sold my property and was able to buy at the same time. No mean feat in this climate. I'd highly recommend Yasmin and you won't be disappointed.
