David underwent his training in a London firm where he became a Partner and Departmental Head. Having subsequently enhanced his legal expertise during his employment with one of the top Legal 100 firms in Manchester, David joined a traditional practice in Kent. As a Partner, David was highly regarded for his skills and experience which led to the growth of a successful Private Client Department. David joined J&P in April 2012 as Head of Private Client. David's extensive experience in acting for high net-worth clients - individuals, charitable bodies and financial institutions - ensures that he has a wealth of knowledge upon which to call in order to advise on all aspects of the law in this field, with particular emphasis on wills, powers of attorneys, probates, inheritance tax planning, trusts, Court of Protection matters and elderly client services.
