She kept us regularly updated and made us aware of any delays and/or changes as they arose. There were delays caused by the sellers solicitors which she dealt with quickly to ensure we were able to move before Christmas.

Louise was our solicitor, helping us with the legal side of purchasing our property.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Louise was super helpful, we had a few challenges along the way and it seemed to take longer then average for us to complete which was no fault of Louise and she really helped to push things through as quickly as possible. She would always respond to emails and constantly keep us in the loop with regards to what was happening and how things were progressing. She also has been really helpful with a few little issues we had with our property a couple of months after completion.

What could they have done better?

Honestly there is nothing I can advise as first time experience with a solicitor we can't find any faults

Louise did the conveyancing for me when I moved house - she handled both my sale and purchase.

She worked efficiently throughout the process - she always seemed to deal with issues that came up by the end of the day, and I never had to chase her to move things along. She was very pleasant to deal with and kept me informed of progress.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. Louise was recommended by a friend and I would certainly recommend her to others.

What could they have done better?

It would have been useful to have received a 'checklist' at the beginning of the stages of the conveyancing process so that I knew what to expect. There were times, towards the end of the process, when I wasn't clear about what steps were still outstanding before we could exchange.

Louise helped us with two failed purchases and one (finally!) successful one and was fantastic throughout, despite having some challenging circumstances to deal with. She's incredibly efficient and professional and always kept us updated as to what was going on. I do not feel Louise could do any better job than she already did. On completion day there was a break down in communication with the sellers solicitor so if I was really pushed to make an improvement it would be to work on the relationship with RG Solicitors
