I have 30 years experience as a family Lawyer and head up the Family Department at the Suffolk office of Atkins Thomson. I am also a Collaborative Lawyer, which is a client driven process involving face to face meetings with the parties and their Lawyers. I undertake all forms of family work for clients including divorce, separation, children disputes and financial settlements where parties are married, cohabiting or in a civil partnership. I also deal with domestic violence, living together agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and change of name Deeds.
