I have worked in the field of clinical negligence since I qualified as a solicitor more than fifteen years ago. My experience includes all types of clinical negligence claims, including: - wrongful birth claims, for instance, pregnancies which have proceeded as a result of negligent medical advice birth injuries to the child such as cerebral palsy; - Cancer cases, including misdiagnosis leading to delay in diagnosis; - brain injury, for instance, cases involving failure to diagnose strokes and delays in diagnosing a brain tumour fatality, including psychological damage to witnesses - orthopaedic cases - surgical error cases - dental cases - Cases involving Human Rights　 I have more recently sub-specialised in cases involving: - Wrongful birth; - Fatal Accidents and nervous shock; - Cancer; and - Orthopaedics I am on the Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) specialist medical negligence panel and I have been accredited as a Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, an organisation which is dedicated to the interests of people who have been injured due to negligence. I have spent three months on secondment to the patient charity AVMA (Action against Medical Accidents).
