I am a solicitor and Associate at Cardiff law firm Darwin Gray LLP, specialising in employment law. I advise employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues and have extensive experience in all areas of employment law, from business reorganisations, redundancies and TUPE transfers, to unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination claims. I also regularly advise on employment contracts, service agreements, company policies and settlement agreements, and am experienced at delivering training courses on several aspects of employment law.
