I required representation for a speeding prosecution.

Cheryl ensured she had all of the information required to represent me well. She had clearly taken notes at each of our telephone conversations and was very well prepared going in to the magistrates court. She presented well to the magistrates and was worth every penny of her fees helping to ensure I received points and not a driving ban.

The best possibly outcome was achieved and I was not confident at all.

Totting up of penalty point meant 12pts and potential loss of job/home etc.

I was excused a driving ban due to exceptional hardship so I still have my licence, job and new home.

What could they have done better?

Cheryl spoke very well in court, it would be splitting hairs really but perhaps Cheryl could project her voice a little better as the judge was leaning forward and cocking her head to hear however she quite obviously did hear enough.
