I found Yen’s law firm through an internet search for a Vietnamese speaking solicitor for my mother to write her Will. Yen’s ability to converse directly with my mother in Vietnamese was a great help, not only so my mother’s wishes could be clearly conveyed but also because my mother was able to save a fair amount of money by not having to engage a separate translator/interpreter. I contacted this lady as I was having a problem with two men who were bullying and intimidating me over a private car parking space which belongs to myself in a purchase along with my cottage. This had been going on for 2 years and my mental health was affecting me quite badly on speaking with Yen she was very empathic and helped me considerably. I phoned her on several occasions at no charge and she said she would quite happily write a letter after me having a zoom chat with her. However I have managed now to resolve the situation another way but was so happy with Yens kindness I would recommend this lady to anyone and thank her for all her help and suggestions As the matter has been resolved I don't need to go any further with Yen however if I never needed a solicitor then I would come back to her without any hesitation

I was struggling to understand my rights as a spouse and mother of my children. My ex partner was very abusive and made it extremely difficult to arrange anything from child arrangements to financials and finally divorce. I had been in contact with other solicitors and their advice was basic, rushed and all about the money in the end.

How has Yen Truong helped you?

Yen's advice and support has been invaluable. I felt comfortable to talk to her and she understood my situation immediately. She made me feel confident in my position as she clearly explained to me what my rights are and what she reckons would be the best approach. Everything I thought I knew she clarified it perfectly and made me feel safe, understood and supported.
