How has Brian Saville helped you?

We were very happy with the service we received from Brian. Brian was always there to answer questions and help with problems.

What could they have done better?

We don't feel there was anything that could of been better with the service we received.

I have used Brian Savilles and his team services several times and have been very happy with service received. Everything was explained to me in plain English and I didn't feel awkward to ask any questions.

How has Brian Saville helped you?

Brian demonstrated a calm, unhurried and reassuring manner in our dealings with him, this in turn allowed us to feel confident that he was working for us with our best interests at heart.

What could they have done better?

As a disabled person I would suggest that an accessible office area would be of use, since the meeting rooms were up a flight of stairs. Although it was not a major issue for me, I was not pre-warned of this and it may be a more difficult situation for other customers.

We have used Savilles a few times now and always had a very professional excellent service. We have recommended them to friends and family. Great communications all the time through buying and selling processes.
