Steven Davies

I am an Associate Solicitor at Aaron & Partners LLP, a top 200 law firm with offices at Chester, Shrewsbury and Manchester. I am based at our Chester office. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 at a reputable regional practice in North Wales and since that time I have specialised in Employment Law. I act for companies of all sizes, directors, senior managers, trade unions and their members, and individual employees. I deal with a full range of employment related matters and have significant experience in relation to issues such as unfair dismissal; redundancy; all forms of discrimination including sex, race, disability, age and equal pay; whistleblowing; the transfer of undertakings (TUPE); settlement agreements; trade union disputes and most other areas of Employment Law. I conduct my own advocacy at the Employment Tribunal in a range of employment cases up to and including the final hearing. I also conduct presentations to groups of individuals on a number of employment law related matters and I am more than happy to provide training. I embrace new and innovative ways of providing legal services but also value the traditional aspects of personal service.
