What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a legal adviser?

I had no knowledge of how to go about with Application. Information provided by Home Office was at best confusing

ILR - Andrew filled all the forms with me. Gave me a list of all documentation required and once I supplied the information he wrote a cover letter and lodged the application on my behalf to Home Office. Naturalisation - Same as above

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

ILR - Yes it was granted if not mistaken within 2 months from sending my application. Naturalisation - We still waiting for Home Office to make a decision even though it’s been 10 months since we lodged the application. Andrew has been updating me about all the communication he had with Home Office and next steps he is going to take to bring the application to a close and I’m satisfied with the help and effort he is putting.

What could they have done better?

To be honest Andrew ha done everything within his means and the law to assist I don’t think there is anything he can do. He has gone overboard to allay my fears of the worst . I have anxiety issues but during this whole process not even once I have been anxious and worried about the application.
