Shaun Parry-Jones

I have been practising in this area of the law for over 20 years. I have spent all of that time in Surrey, predominantly Cranleigh and Godalming, and have gained considerable experience during that period. I am able to assist with a number of matters relating to inheritance and succession issues such as the administration of estates and trusts, drafting wills and trusts and assisting with inheritance tax. I also have considerable experience in the area of mental capacity and am able to assist in creating lasting powers of attorney and advising attorneys. However, this is not my first career, before studying the law, I was in the art world. When not in the office I enjoy sport particularly rugby and cricket.
