Dear Sharlene, Trust you are well.. I am writing a letter of appreciation for the hard work and dedication you have shown in my mother in alw's immigration matter. My mother in law was refused 3 times and the last refusal with your services. Despite my persistent nature to get the application in. You were very patient and controlled in how you presented the strengths and weaknesses of my application. Once the application was refused i was very upset and dissapointed however your 1st response to me was whether i wanted to challenge the refusal. You made yourself available and advised me that you could submit a judicial review Pre Action Protocol to give the embassy 14 days to respond. You completed the pre-judicial review despite my funds being low and your reason was i quote 'I don't like to Lose'. Within 4 working days to my amaze3the decision was overturned and the 2 year viditor Visa was granted. My wife is pregnant and imminently going to give birth to our 4th child and my Mother in law arrived just over a week ago and due to your hard work Sharlene my family have the support of my mother in law in UK as a vital time.
