Sangeeta Moore

Sangeeta joined Lyndales Solicitors in September 2018 as a Senior Associate within our Private Client team. Sangeeta handles private wealth and succession planning matters and has extensive experience of dealing with probate and estate administration including those with foreign and business assets. She also specialises in inheritance tax planning, drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney and Wills, advising on deputyship and preparing deputyship applications. Dealing in this area of the law is at times challenging both intellectually and emotionally but always rewarding. It requires empathy as the work involves helping clients with sensitive personal issues. With her excellent communication skills, professional approach and empathy Sangeeta delivers clear, practical and pragmatic solutions to clients. Sangeeta qualified as a Solicitor in March 2010 after completing the LLB and Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster. Sangeeta has a keen interest in personal development and enjoys reading self-development books. She also is an advocate of the “miracle plant” Aloe Vera and its use in maintaining optimum health. In her spare time, she helps people with maintaining their health by using Aloe Vera products. Asked how she had found her first couple of months at Lyndales, Sangeeta replied that everybody at the firm made her feel very welcome and this helped her to settle in quite quickly. She feels she has come home. She has also taken over an interesting caseload which is keeping her busy.
