I instructed Mr. Tyler to deal with a commercial matter against Aviva who had lost my entire pension fund and were refusing to release any monies which were to be used to fund the purchase of new business premises. The failure of which would have led to the purchase falling-through and significant loss to my business. As a result of the instruction, skill and commercial expertise of Mr. Tyler, we succeeded in recovering the entire portfolio fund and additional compensation. Mr. Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable and approachable and I was extremely grateful for this assistance

I first came into contact with Jonathan Tyler back in June 2009 due to an on going dispute between my landlord and the Landlord leaseholder for the property above my shop, regarding who was responsible for damages caused to my business premises due to persistent leaks. I found Jonathan to be very reliable, knowledgeable and experience which enable me to win my case against the parties involved. I am delighted to say Jonathan manage to get me a settlement 3 times the amount I anticipated

What could they have done better?

My honest opinion is I don't believe there was any more Jonathan could have done to make the process more smoother or quicker. Legal matters always take a while to resolve and I appreciate Jonathan making this clear to me at the beginning.
