M2M Community Solicitors LLP is a community based solicitors firm covering community based areas of law. We pride ourselves in providing an excellent service at a reasonable charge. We value every case that we have and understand the different needs of each and every client. We believe that we are different to other high street practices due to our friendly and welcoming approach towards clients yet still maintaining professionalism. Too many clients hold the wrong perception about solicitors and we hope that once clients have met with us that their perception of solicitors changes for the better. We also believe we have a very different charging scheme to other solicitors so that those on a very low income still have the opportunity of having access to justice. We appreciate that since Legal Aid and the free Legal Help Scheme was reduced or taken away for the majority of subject areas in April 2013, clients have felt that they will have no chance of succeeding against organisations or people and instead have to ‘roll over’ regardless of the strength of their case. This need not be the case. We will, attempt to assist with accessing justice. The law should not just be for the rich! We believe that clients need to know the strengths and weaknesses of their case and the direction to be taken to progress. We feel it is important when keeping clients informed of any developments with their case that we use plain language rather that legal jargon so that the client clearly understands any changes and the best outcome can be achieved.
