I contacted Alex for help when he was on annual leave. He had placed an out of office message on his email however it did not update correctly on VouchedFor so I had no idea that Alex was not at work. I incorrectly assumed that Alex had too much work or he didn't want to take on my case. Alex immediately contacted me on his return to try and rectify the situation and said he would help me that same day. We discussed the problem, I sent pictures as by email and he advised a way forward, even offering to send the first letter free of charge for any inconvenience caused. I am delighted that we have made a positive start.
