I am an experienced Senior Solicitor. I am also an advocate and have represented my clients as an advocate in over 350 hearings since 2015 before the County Court, High Court, Appeal Courts and also the First Tier Property Tribunals. I am passionate about disputes relating to property and commerce. My experience covers the following areas: Property & Land: TOLATA claims, enforcement of charging orders, recovering possession, forfeiture of commercial leases (and relief), service charges disputes, boundary disputes, nuisance claims, declarations for breach of covenants, dilapidations claims, contested business renewal claims under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 and many other areas. Insolvency: presenting and setting a-side statutory demands, presenting and resisting bankruptcy petitions, presenting and resisting winding up petitions, all forms of personal and or company insolvency applications. Commercial: contractual disputes (e.g. formation, interpretation, termination, breach of contract), product liability claims, commercial agents regulations claims for compensation and debt claims. Corporate: claims against directors, claims by shareholders against other shareholders and or the Company (e.g. claims by minority shareholders for unfair prejudice). Partnership: the dissolution of partnerships and expulsion of partners.
