Ravinder Sandhu

I joined Keelys as a trainee solicitor in 2001 and qualified into the Employment Team in 2003. I was promoted to Associate Partner in 2008 and in 2011, promoted to Partner. I advise both employers and employees all over the UK on all matters concerning employment law and act for a number of employers of all sizes on a retainer basis. I advise on all aspects of employment law including unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, discrimination, settlement agreements and Tribunal claims. I also draft employment documentation including contracts of employment, policies and procedures.
