I have over 20 years experience in dealing with clients in all areas of Wills, Probate and Trusts. I have a particular interest in Care of the Elderly Issues to include Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work and act as attorney and Deputy in many cases where the client has lost capacity. I enjoy dealing with clients and helping them through a difficult and often upsetting period following the loss of a loved one. As well as dealing with estates, I also advise on how to protect assets and mitigate the impact of Inheritance tax both before and after death.
