I am a specialist employment law solicitor with Lincs Law Employment Solicitors. I have over ten years’ experience assisting both employers and employees. I can help with non-contentious issues such as drafting and reviewing contracts and policies and procedures as well as contentious issues in the event of a dispute between employer and employee. I can provide guidance and support through internal disciplinary and grievance procedures or a redundancy process. I can provide assistance and representation in Employment Tribunal claims from ACAS Early Conciliation through to the final hearing. Such claims might include unfair dismissal, discrimination (e.g. disability or sex), unpaid wages or TUPE. I also routinely advise on the terms and effects of Settlement Agreements.
