Piers Desser

Piers is an experienced Solicitor-Advocate specialising in Criminal Litigation. He has a wealth of invaluable experience in advocacy including regularly conducting trials and interlocutory applications in the High Court, Magistrates Court and Crown Court. He has experience of all areas of crime, ranging from serious offences to fraud, white collar crime, asset confiscation, extradition, and regulatory offences. Piers believes in adopting a proactive approach, where appropriate taking technical arguments, arguing that cases ought to be discontinued due to evidential issues or where prosecution would not be in the public interest.
