I make sure that preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney, or administering a loved-one's estate or any of the many areas of law I can help with is as easy as possible. I explain legal matters in a language my clients can understand which means they can make decisions about their own future with confidence. I visit clients at home, almost always at no extra charge, and give fixed fees for work wherever I can, including for administering estates and helping with probate. My fees are always quoted beforehand so clients know what they are going to pay before they instruct me to start work. I qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and have spent my whole career in law advising families on issues relating to their Wills, trusts and powers of attorney.
