With advancing age we needed to put in place Powers of Attorney.

John provides sound impartial advice and explained the process clearly. He was patient when we needed further explanations.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. Very efficient service. We feel confident that all the right things are in place now.

What could they have done better?

This is a daunting subject to speak about but John made us feel at ease and comfortable. I don’t think he could have done anything better.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a legal adviser?

Our will was more than 15 years old so it needed updating, I knew that this was John's expertise.

He came to see my wife and I and talked through the various scenarios clearly. It was an easy process.
