Louis Brandt

Louis joined Wilkinson & Butler in 2008 and made Partner in 2010. He graduated from Rhodes University, Grahamstown, South Africa in 1995 and practised as an Attorney for many years. He and his wife, Teresa, immigrated to England in 2001, where he qualified as a Solicitor by means of a qualification transfer. He has been specialising in probate and private client matters since 2002. Louis deals with most aspects of Private Client work, specifically, amongst others: Wills; Deceased Estates; Intestacy; Contentious probate matters; Lasting Powers of Attorney; and Court of Protection matters. Louis can also give advice on matters relating to Inheritance Tax and Trusts. Louis has two children, Bethany and Joshua. He is a keen chess player and musician, and has been known to tread the boards on occasion.
