I am a Solicitors and Head of Family at Switalskis Sheffield. I have nearly 20 years experience in the legal arena. I have been consistently recommended each year in the Legal 500 for my family law work. My specialism is high net worth cases particularly surrounding pensions and businesses, however, I cover all aspects of family law including divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial matters, separation, cohabitation disputes and children disputes. I also offer advice about and draft pre and post nuptial agreements as well as co-habitation and separation agreements. I have good links many professionals such as Independent Financial Advisors, Mortgage Advisors and senior Barristers to provide specialist advice where needed. I believe in adopting a sensible and pragmatic approach from the outset. I am known for being clear and straight talking, supporting my clients and providing my clients with realistic advice and expectations, without using complex terminology and legal jargon.
