Lucy Madley

I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011, working in and around the London area. I joined Bretherton Law in 2018 to take up my current role. I act for buyers and sellers of both freehold and leasehold properties. I have experience in the purchase of new build properties, and the Right to Buy and Help to Buy schemes. I also deal with remortgages and transfers of equity. I take a great deal of pride in my work and always strive to put the interests of the client first, ensuring that they are kept up to date throughout the transaction.
