My practice focuses on technology, life science, hotels/leisure and energy companies with an emphasis on transatlantic inward investment, private equity, venture capital, M&A, equity capital markets and general corporate advice. I co-chair the firm's Growth Company practice. My experience as a transactional lawyer includes 2 years at Deutsche Bank working with technology companies and a year on secondment at US Private Equity fund Citigroup Venture Capital working on large cross-border LBOs. It has been a very busy 12 months working on a large number of transactions involving PE and VC as well as advising clients on various complicated exits. All deals were confidential and can't be disclosed sadly. I am a regular commentator in the press on diverse subjects from entrepreneurship to international takeovers and have been quoted several times in the FT, the Guardian, The Times, the Telegraph, the Daily Mail, the Daily Express and in entrepreneurhandbook.co.uk and have been interviewed on Radio 5 Live and Sky News. I am also a regular commentator on social media.
