Phoebe Hill

Phoebe is an Associate Solicitor in the Family team. She advises on a diverse range of complex family law matters arising from the breakdown of a relationship, to include matrimonial, financial, cohabitation and children issues. Phoebe has experience of resolving a large variety of financial matters from significant high-net- worth clients to those with smaller assets. Her cases have involved High Court Proceedings with complex business structures and international elements. She is also able to advise clients on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Phoebe additionally is able to assists parents who are in disagreement where their children should live and how much time they should spend with each parent. Phoebe has experience of dealing with high conflict scenarios. Phoebe has an efficient yet empathetic approach, understanding the need to provide practical advice and realistic solutions. She adapts her approach to meet the clients’ needs and is able to deal with matters through the Courts in addition to other forms of dispute resolution. She is dedicated to preserving family relations wherever possible by dealing with matters in a pragmatic and cost effective way. She is a Member of Resolution, an organisation of family lawyers who are committed to the constructive resolution and non-confrontational approach to family disputes. Phoebe is additionally on the Committee for Surrey Young Resolution. Phoebe qualified in 2014 at a leading regional law firm, before joining Calibrate in 2018.
