Alex Anastasiou

I have been a solicitor since I qualified in 2007, however, I have been involved with the law and law firm's since 2001. I specialise in all aspects of divorce with a particular emphasis on the resolution of complex financial issues for high net worth individuals. A high proportion of my cases involve family businesses, international elements, offshore trusts, commercial and tax issues, pre acquired wealth, inherited assets and pre and post nuptial agreements. I am equally adept at advising unmarried wealthy individuals/families as to property rights and financial provision for children. I also advise on the full range of children disputes to include child arrangements orders, injunctive relief, leave to remove and paternity issues. I have excellent technical knowledge of the rules and case law, but more importantly the ability to listen and connect with clients. I care for each client as an individual rather than viewing them as a number.
