Practicing in Family Law since 1996, I provide expert advice, whilst maintaining a caring approach. My expertise is primarily in high asset financial cases, where my strengths lie in complex effective negotiation methods and where necessary, high level advocacy. I am a Resolution accredited expert in Pensions in Divorce and have vast expertise in all areas of divorce law. I regularly deal with a portfolio of cases which individually have assets worth over a million pounds, having conducted a case worth in excess of £12 million. I have worked alongside Q.C's in financial cases surrounding business and company issues. Having successfully appealed to the High Court in London, I have a high level of knowledge and experience in this area of law. Complex Children Act cases are also my forte, having experience in international Children Act cases including leave for removal from jurisdiction.. In ALL cases I aim to provide a high level of care and a bespoke service tailored to each individual.
