I have specialised in employment law since 2001 and set up my own boutique practice in 2007. My clients describe me as a genuine and no-nonsense lawyer, providing expert advice and knowledge, in a clear and straightforward manner. My notable achievements include: ● In March 2015 being voted in the top 50 business women in Surrey by Surrey Chambers; ● In October 2014, receiving the highest number of recommendations for an individual on the new VouchedFor Solicitors rating website, featuring in The Sunday Times and Sunday Telegraph; ● Negotiating a six figure settlement for a banker in a sex discrimination claim; ● Obtaining an interim High Court injunction and then securing the desired undertakings; ● Awarded costs in a vexatious constructive dismissal claim; ● Advising and assisting a financial PLC regarding a TUPE transfer; ● Providing a series of training seminars for a national chain of garages; ● Obtaining a master's degree in employment law.
