What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a legal adviser?

My mothers illness and allocating powers of attorney and then making her new will and subsequently dealing with the sale of her house which forms the major part of her estate.

How has David Wilde helped you?

David Wilde was totally brilliant in all the advice that he gave me during this stressful period. It was really reassuring that I could ask his advice on my responsibilities as executor of my mothers will and the sale of her house. He made some really helpful suggestions that reduced the potential for difficulties. He also advised on the purchase of a flat for a member of the family.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We are at the point of almost reaching the outcome we were hoping for but waiting for the purchaser to finalise the purchase of my mothers house. The estate can then be settled and any delays have been due to the purchaser.

What could they have done better?

David Wilde could not have done better he has been totally excellent in both the speed that he has dealt with my numerous queries and the quality of the advice that he has given
