Please provide a brief comment about your experience with Sanjeev
No praise high enough for someone willing to freely give of his time to assess my legal issue to the extent of checking the wording of the parliamentary Act. Had it been sensible to pursue the case, I would not hesitate to employ Sanjeev.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a legal adviser?
As a small property company we needed to seek an injunction against a neighbouring landowner who took it upon himself to fence off a shared driveway and in a bullying manner demand payments from us for its use, despite the land registry title deeds clearly stating its use as joint and unfettered. We normally use a commercial property conveyancing solicitor for all property purchases but despite letters from our conveyancing solicitor the bullying neighbour ignored the clearly stated joint rights and refused to remove the illegally erected fence. we had no alternative but to go to court and hence our conveyancing soliitor referred us to Sanjeev's practice as he tend to specialise in court litigation.
How has Sanjeev Punj helped you?
Sanjeeve dealt with the whole court process and the application for the injunction to remove the fence blocking our access in a very efficient and in a fast responsive manner, keeping us fully informed at all stages, including sending late night emails giving rapid responses to the twists and turns by the defendant who tried everything to back track when he saw he was entirely wrong and could not intimidate us any further. All of this meant we had run up two lots of court costs and barrister appearance fees by the time the bullying defendant neighbour realised he was wrong in law and the injunction to remove the fence was to be granted by the court. Hence because the neighbour was about to face losing the case and a judgment to pay all our costs he tried again to negotiate his way out but leave us with all the court and barrister costs. Sanjeev stuck to his guns and just before the final hearing he got all our costs paid for by the defendant and a title agreement ( drafted by our conveyancing solicitor) signed off and entered in the court whereby we took title to all of the driveway land unfettered by any residual right of access by the neighbour such that we now fully control the driveway and we got all our costs paid for in full by the bullying defendant neighbour. We think he must really regret having ever tried to intimidate us since it cost him £8,000 and he gave up his joint right to use the accessway in the process. A brillant result with Sanjeev on our side.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Absolutely the best outcome we could hope for but as ever the court system is so tortuosly slow tedious and sine at each hearing the defendant was too meann to pay for representation the only reason we incurred barrister appreance fees twice was the judges " bend over backwards" attitude to anyone appearing unrepresented even when the land registery title " as clear as day" records the right of way as joint. Hence the arrogance of the defendant seems rewarded intially in allowing him a second apperance. Sanjeev advised sticking to it and spending more on court fees, solicitor and barrister fees as he was confident we'd win and get all our costs ( as much as one can be in these things!)
What could they have done better?
Sanjeev could not have done better. He was efficient , forthright and decisive. Always on top of the case, day or night and even weekends if needed. He isn't cheap but he's worth it. After all you only get what you pay for! We won and got all our costs , plus a bit of "hassle" money back off the bullying neighbour . Moral of the story -" Don't mess with us we've got a Sanjeev on our team"

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a legal adviser?
Having taken on a civil matter alone initially, it got far to complicated for me to deal with, I started to get out of my depth. The claim was only a very small but I asked Sanjeev to come on board to assist me in getting a barrister for the Court date. Sanjeev understood my needs, and even though I had a lack of knowledge when it came to the court procedures he was very patient with me and went beyond what I initially asked of him to help me. I would highly recommend Sanjeev to anyone in need of help and assistance in civil law.
How has Sanjeev Punj helped you?

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. I won at court. I received what I requested back plus some more.
What could they have done better?
Sanjeev did everything i asked him to.
