Margarita Madjirska-Mossop

Outside of work my real passion lies in cookery. I am keen experimenter with flavours and techniques. I regularly attend workshops with cookery schools such as the River Cottage or Kent Cookery School where I have learnt how to make macaroons, eclairs and my home made jammy dodgers are a delight! In between my culinary pursuits I also spend a lot of time in the garden or visiting national trust properties as there is nothing better than taking in the fresh air after a week of being in the office. Great Dixter is one of my favourites and I always leave full of ideas to take to my own garden.
