About

I am a criminal solicitor. I was admitted to the Roll in 2013 having cross qualified as I was previously called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2006 and worked as a criminal paralegal for a number of years before cross qualifying. Prior to admission I was also a Police Station Representative for several years. I have a busy criminal practice which ranges from minor matters in the magistrates court, to multiple count indictments in the crown court involving serious charges. I also advise on appeals against conviction and sentence in relation to applications to both the Court of Appeal and the Criminal Cases Review Commission. Offences which I work on encompass a wide spectrum of criminal work and include charges such as violent disorder, conspiracy to rob; burglary; drugs offences; offences against the person; murder; armed robbery; firearm offences; fraud, (including benefit fraud) and confiscation proceedings. Facing criminal proceedings can be a terrifying experience for anyone. I do my best to help my clients through this difficult time: to fight for their voice to be heard and to work towards achieving the best outcome possible for them in all the circumstances.
