Having worked in several small-to-medium-sized firms, I know how important it is for a client - or a customer of any sort - to feel as though they are receiving excellent care. Being a specialist in Employment Law, I am even more mindful of this, since clients want to know that the person they are discussing sensitive matters are not only experienced in the law, but also care about their matters, and are human beings at the same time. Having qualified as a Solicitor in May 2016, I have developed significant experience in the Employment Law field, including advising both employees and employers on matters such as settlement agreements, redundancies, TUPE transfers, as well as the support that is required in daily HR management from both sides. I also have experience of acting for clients in the Employment Tribunal. My aims in representing both employees and employers is to ensure that their needs are met. Naturally, coming to a solicitor is not a pleasant experience, but I strive to make the process as painless as possible. Indeed, recent clients have paid me the great compliments of informing me that I have reviewed their faith in the legal profession and also informing me that they would not hesitate in either returning me in the future or recommending my services to others. Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of activities. I am a member of the National Trust and can frequently be seen visiting one of their properties (I'm especially fond of the ruins and gardens that they care for) and, alongside that, I enjoy history as well. Aside from getting out and about, I'm also an avid film buff.
