Accounts require submitting annually and the payroll requires running.

Andrew has always been very helpful to me since I have worked for this company. He has been very patient with me and explained things I did not understand very thoroughly. He is always very clear in his instructions and always prompt when submitting accounts. He is also a very fair accountant.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I did get the service I was looking for and I feel confident that we are being well looked after.

I feel Andrew does everything I require and I would highly recommend him.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

Started my own business and wanted someone who would be able to advise me, as a complete beginner, about how to set up my accounts properly. I asked friends and colleagues for recommendations and Andy's name came up several times.

How has Andrew Hill helped you?

We had an initial meeting where I explained what I wanted to do and he gave me lots of information and ideas that I hadn't considered before. He was really patient with me and gave me time to let things sink in so I was clear in what I needed to do. He didn't use too much accountants' jargon and talked to me as an equal.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes! He has supported my business by doing my year end accounts, tax returns and is also available during the year for advice and guidance.

What could they have done better?

I can't think of anything. His staff are always helpful and pleasant and whenever I have needed any guidance, Andy has helped me. Just as when I first saw him, if I don't understand the first attempt, he explains in a different way until I do.
