Tracey was very knowledgeable about the tax and legal environment we were interested in. She was also very open about her fees and didn't give us the hard sell. We trusted her opinion and will be following her recommendations. We mutually agreed that our business is currently too small to need Tracey's professional services on a regular basis, but we would certainly approach her if/when that situation changes and in the meanwhile would be happy to recommend her to others.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

We are an SME that has grown to a point that needs an accountaant.

Setting up SAGE, XERO, payroll, tax etc. Doing all the book keeping.

We are expanding and Tracey deals with all the book keeping, tax, accountancy.

Initial start-up of company in 2006.
