Stacey Phipps

Stacey is the Associate Director of Insolvency at Cooper Associates Accountancy. Stacey leads the firm’s insolvency services, delivering expert guidance to individuals and businesses navigating financial difficulty. A Chartered Accountant and ICAEW-licensed Insolvency Practitioner, she has more than 15 years’ experience in both corporate and personal insolvency, and is known for her professional, pragmatic and compassionate approach. Her work ensures that clients facing financial difficulty receive practical, tailored advice aligned with regulatory requirements and commercial realities. Stacey combines technical expertise with a strong emphasis on integrity, transparency and client care — ensuring clients feel supported, well-informed and confident in the advice they receive. Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband, Lee, and their two children. She also enjoys pursuing her love of aerial arts, including silks, sling and hoop. Stacey is a keen reader and relishes any opportunity to enjoy good food and conversation with friends.
