Gary has been my mortgage advisor for many years and has handled many mortgages and remortgages for me.

How has Gary Meloy helped you?

On this particular occasion I approached Gary because I was in the process of coming to the end of several mortgage deals and wanted to move the mortgages to a better rate. As usual Gary was able to find the best deals available for me with little or no product fees and a very smooth transition from one mortgage to another.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

One of these deals has completed smoothly, another is almost concluded and several are working their way through the mortgage pipeline. This is precisely the outcome I was looking for which I would not have been able to manage my self without Gary's help.

What could they have done better?

I don't believe that there is anything that could have been done better, as all the remortgages are proceeding exactly as they were supposed to. My criteria for remortgaging a property have always been, little or no mortgage fees, best possible rate available, and if possible free legals and/or surveys. Gary has known this for many years and as always proceeded on that basis to my complete satisfaction.

I wanted to sort all pensions into one
